The Camino is much more than an ordinary journey. It is a call to take a pause and step away from the fast pace of everyday life. To listen to our own footsteps and thoughts, the breathing of the forest, and to the call of the wild that surrounds us… And for such an experience, you don’t have to travel all the way to distant Spain. Camino Podravina offers it all, guiding walkers through the peaceful landscapes of Podravina and Slavonia—two beautiful Croatian regions where time is not measured by the clock, but by the moments. Along the way through fields, vineyards, and country paths, you’ll meet warm-hearted locals, taste homemade food, and feel the calming simplicity of life. Experience a journey of silence, encounters, and reconnecting with yourself. Embrace a slower pace of life in the heart of Koprivnica-Križevci County and walk the 160 kilometers long trail that is rightly called “the most beautiful Camino in Croatia.”

WHAT TO EXPECT ON CROATIA’S MOST BEAUTIFUL CAMINO
Camino Podravina lasts seven days and leads you through 160 kilometers of peaceful silence, untouched nature, and beauty that words cannot fully capture. From Ferdinandovac to Kalinovac, you’ll walk past picturesque canals, dense forests, and crystal-clear waters. On the second day, you’ll discover the Đurđevac Sands and the place where famous Picokijada festival takes place; the third day takes you along the Drava River to Lake Čingi-lingi and on to Hlebine—the cradle of Croatian naïve art. On the fourth day, you’ll arrive in the “medieval” town of Koprivnica, while the fifth day takes you up Bilogora Hill to scenic viewpoints offering breathtaking views of all Podravina. The sixth day brings quiet forest trails, castles, and vineyards, and the final day ends in Ludbreg, often called “the center of the world.” The Camino through Podravina is not just a path—it becomes a return to what truly matters: nature and your own inner peace.
